Bananas  are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6 that help both men and women to have healthy sperm and eggs.

Nuts are rich with protein and iron. They are great food to promote fit bodies for women, and they can help balancing eggs’ production. In addition, nuts help strengthen reproductive systems for women.

Potatoes are a great source of vitamin C. It is believed that potatoes can increase sexual desires, prevent seasonal flu, prevent gum disease, help produce red blood cells, produce reproductive hormones for women, promote ovary health and increase breast milk after giving birth.

Olive Oil has monosaturated fat that increases the sensitivity to insulin and decreases inflammation in the body. Inflammation can interfere with ovulation and embryo development. It is a recommendation to use olive oil to cook or can mix with vinegar for salad dressing.

Whole grain bread is a complex carb that takes some time to digest, so it helps stabilize sugar and insulin levels. High level of insulin can interfere with reproductive hormone production. So, you should eat brown rice or whole grain bread instead of white rice and white bread.

Fish with fatty acid and omega 3 helps reproductive hormones and increase blood circulation of reproductive organs

Shellfish is high in vitamin B12 that can help strengthen uterine cavity tissue and increase sperm count, so it will help you getting pregnant faster.

Dairy Products such as butter, milk, cream, condense milk, yogurt, and cheese. They are rich with protein, fat, minerals and vitamins. Pregnant women are recommended to have low fat dairy products to avoid having problems during pregnancy because of excessive fat.

Green Vegetables are high in folate and vitamin B6 that help ovulation process, reduce having miscarriage and genetic disorders in babies. Folate also promotes strong health for men as well.

Carrots and Apricots Carrots are high in beta-carotene that will help increase sperm and progesterone.  Apricots are also rich in beta-carotene and manganese that are used to produce hormones.

Pumpkin Seeds have unsaturated iron that can be found in some fruits, vegetables, and supplements.  Taking unsaturated iron regularly will reduce problem during pregnancy for 40% when compared to women who did not take it.

Berries such as strawberries, raspberries, and cherries. They are full of antioxidants which prevent ageing. They also help strengthen eggs and increase women’s libido.
